I paid for the Pro version. still have annoying "rate this app" pop up every time I connect. but more importantly, I cannot load subtitle files for any video. the subtitle button is grayed out, always. even though I have subtitle files available to load. never get any email support responses either. playback has limited features and options. disappointed.

Dear Sean Simonic (ZMan), Apologies for the inconvenience. We currently support only SRT subtitles on Chromecast but plan to expand support to more devices in the future. Could you let us know your TV model? Also, were you able to load subtitles in our previous version? If you encounter any specific issues, please feel free to contact us.

I'm not going to rate it yet but I have a problem, I'm trying to watch something from the internet on 2x speed but it's not allowing me to put it on 2x speed before showing the casting popup and even if I don't tap on the casting popup and put it on 2x speed then play the video the casting popup doesn't show anymore, was just wondering if there was anyway you could help because that's the only reason I bought the app, if not, I'd just watch it on hulu. (Have to rate)(add a speed option at least)

Not great. Trying to cast video on web browser it pops up an ad to join the service rather than play the video. The photo cast worked ok. The video cast would not play certain videos and the video it did play, it flipped the video upside down. Pure garbage app if you want my honest opinion.

Dear Matt Casdorph, Apologies for the issue. Does it occur regularly or sporadically? Is it a local or web video? Kindly share your cast receiver model - TV or Chromecast? More details needed to identify the issue. Please send the video/website for testing.
