flixbus app is so easy to use, change ticket, change seat.learn from them! to edit a ticket, user is taken to a screen where they have to manually enter the ticket number, seat number and coach number, all of which are in a different screen 😂 User has to either memorize those numbers or write them down so they can fill out the form. In this day and age, to make an app this user unfriendly is simply beyond comprehension. This is just ONE example.

need to have more time in booking. only ten minutes sometimes not enough, need to have change set just like other booking app.

The system for finding tickets and making payments is very easy to understand.
