**edit 27/3/23** This app is still crashing multiple times a day regardless of sending crash reports there is still no update. The app constantly crashes. Every other month the daily bonus game doesn't work. No matter how much you contact support they never respond. The game has been crashing for months, and still no update. I've lost all my gold and cherries by uninstalling and reinstalling, despite being logged in with Facebook. The only thing it saved was the level I was on.

I liked this game and then it got updated and now it won't even load. Boohiss Update 8/2/22: sometimes won't load and when it does it keeps crashing. It's annoying as I enjoy it when it works!! Edit: sometimes doesn't get past loading screen the when it does will usually just crash so losing progress/streaks/bonuses. No developer response with any reviews. Very bad customer interaction. May well uninstall if this doesn't improve.

I have been playing charm king for a few years, have always been able to switch devices and link my game via facebook, how ever with my new device (same as old device) i have been unable to sync. twice i have contacted to ask for help in the last month and no response. I have been a dedicated player and had reached over level 1100. now i have had to start the game from scratch. I lost all my cherries and my gold. really disappointed with the customer services for lack of response
