signed up to the introductory offer of 3 months for £25. tried the app, didn't get what I wanted from it, and then deleted the app. but a further payment taken for a further 3 months, and I was not offered a refund. disappointing you can only communicate with them via email. would recommend that if anyone signs up for any offers, check the auto renew is switched off. No notification to remind you, just a receipt after the fact. update.... refund has been provided. clear correspondence

Hi Laura! I'm sorry there was misunderstanding regarding your plan's auto-renewal. Unfortunately, deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription. I have to say this is really good. I have slipped 2 discs in the past and suffer from nerve damage , also put on a load of weight which doesn't help. The beginners exercises are easy to follow ( after some stumbling about 🤣) and the feel of achievement after is really very uplifting. Didn't think I'd be able to do much due to my weight , balance and injuries but I've taken it slowly and kept up with it. I try to also do a Zumba from YouTube most days much to the hilarity of my neighbour.

I bought this and then put it off for a few days as I lost my motivation. The app reminds you to practice daily but doesn't nag you. I started yesterday and have just completed today's session. movements are, so far, pitched at my mobility and I am finding myself very relaxed after each session: like I've just woken up from a long sleep. I'm looking forward to continuing and seeing some positive results.
