The app works and is the only way to buy tickets for entry and priority passes at the park. The wait times update regularly and are useful when visiting. However the app is data hungry and the Park has no functioning public WiFi. Without a data connection it is useless. There is better information about the attractions and schedules on the website than on the app, so I needed to be switching between them. The app could use more functionality like a planner, wishlists, walking directions, etc

Suffers from a lack of connectivity.... The disneyland WiFi isn't everywhere and we had some improvement with the esim mobile data, but it wasn't great. The maps for disneyland sea were quite granular and got worse when night came and maps went into night mode. Offline maps would be a very useful feature We didn't use the express booking but we were able to find lots of rides with sub 30 minutes queues

This app is so slow, it takes like a full 2 mins to load & boot up each time. Me and my partner had 2 tickets. We scanned them onto the app to get the benefits. I was able to view specific attractions and shows, yet on my partners app, they were no longer available to book. Wrong as i kept signing in and out on my app & they were still available for me. What is the point if only 1 of us can see a show or get a specific time for an attraction only? The app is an embarrassment for Disney.
