The app is ok. It picks up 5 of my 6 Sony devices, BUT: 1: I don't understand *WHY* it won't let me add my PS5 at all (it says that's working as designed); and 2: it says it imported my devices from my Sony account but it doesn't show them. Some nonsense about this only applies to Europe (I'm in Australia) though it goes through the motions. This geo-block is incomprehensible; 3: it doesn't help me find the applicable PC music apps to support my two PMP players. The app is not great but is okay.

Useless. It's difficult to enter the device identity because the requirements are too precise. After a few tries and getting 2 of 3 entered, there's no indication of how to get help. And I keep getting page not found errors - on Sony's own app. My next step is to remove it. I get results from the web site.

Both the app and the Sony support pages are in need of a major overhaul. The "Import from My Sony" feature doesn't work when you're attempting to add your products to the app. The link about compatible accessories sends you round in circles. The whole system is a bit of a mess!
