Brilliant piece of kit. Wouldn't be with out it. Would buy again. Use it for a holiday cottage and to allow guests short term access. Easy to issue time bound key, easy to open remotely, easy to see when guests arrive/leave. Used it now for two years plus. On the app it regularly shows lock as off line so I have to close app and open again and it is fine. I find this annoying. Don't know if this is the phone (Moto g9), my network at either end (virgin/talltalk), the app or the equipment.

The app is not what it was. Frequently fails to connect with the lock, notifications are not coming through, auto unlock barely works and the lock reports as locked when it is jammed. With regards to latter, the lock knows it's jammed because it reports as such, but then decides it's locked, incorrectly and for no discernable reason. This has been my experience with a 2.0 and a 4 Pro and on two different mobile devices during that timeframe. I'm not sure what you've done, but youve broken it.

It's works very well. Only frustration is that the remote connection fails when the wifi bridge module is switched off and back on again (office cleaner!) , rather than automatically connecting back to the Nuki lock and re-establishing a remote link. The link between the lock and the bridge module has to be manually re-established via the app on premises. Experience seems a little better on Android than iPhone.
