It's alright. Really annoying you can't use it at petrol pumps and have to wave your physical membership card at the pump. Also, the navigation through the monthly offers catalogue is very clunky and anytime you open an item for a closer look you're chucked out of the catalogue and have to reload it again. Still, I suppose Costco is all about keeping costs down so an "okay" app is probably to be expected.

My experience has been awful!! This app has a serious problem with correct username and password acceptance. Even when the username and password is correct the app doesn't allow you to log in. It wrongfully says that username and password is not recognised. Please could you sort this problem out ASAP as this would be useful for many customers wherever they may be. It takes around 10 attempts to log in which is not safe or secure!! If this problem is sorted you will see a difference in sales.....

Not fit for purpose. Says card expired, it has an old card number. I was told I need to change the number. I didn't enter the number in the first place, so how could I change it? Spent over 30 minutes in store, explaining and reiterating. They were both clueless. Told me delete & redo but register new acc. It kept saying I need to fix email field, probably because an account is already registered. Got told to 📞 customer service. Not gonna bother! I've wasted too much time.
