It is quite good. It allows you to add one time habits as well as others including negative habits like things that were already checked and you uncheck if you have failed to get them done, which is really helpful. Although you can upgrade to premium if you wish to, it is not the only way to use the app! There is a limit to the habits you can add before having to go premium though, which can be annoying.

It works, but it's hard to recommend. It takes 15-20 seconds to load, even with only a couple of tasks set up. It also doesn't remember your notification settings, so it always sends four a day unless you disable them from your phone settings. It's a shame because otherwise I quite like the design of the app and customisability of the tasks. Update: Changed review from 3 stars to 1 star because they asked me to increase to 5 stars. Improve the app rather than begging for better reviews!

Hi David, sorry for the inconvenience again. You can set the notification time by yourself in the settings. If you don't want them to send four times a day, you can disable some of them, only keep the ones you need. We will keep improving our app to offer you the best experience. Thanks.

Great app, however I really wish that the app notifications were specific to each habit, for example, if a habit was called "work out", the notification should reflect that. Just a small nitpick but it would make the app experience all the better. Other than that, it's a very intuitive app, would definitely recommend it.
