The app iss comfortable charging customers for cancelations but not to drivers. Had numerous situations where driver would cancel ride in the last moment leaving waiting for almost an hour on one occasion. Support is also AI driven so not useful at all and you can contact them related to rides that have occurred but not scheduled ones. All in all very poor service but lesser than two evils.

Shocking customer service. Had to cancel a pre-booked ride 5 minutes before it was scheduled for departure because there were no drivers available. Got charged a £25 cancellation fee and have been refused a refund because they claim there was one assigned. No option to appeal or escalate the issue, just left with the same responses from a chat box. Useless company, never using again.

The absolute WORST app! I waited over an hour in Birmingham central as over 3 drivers cancelled my trip, eventually got on a bus only for a driver to accept the trip. They make it impossible to cancel the request as they dont even give you the option (or hide it) I messaged the driver to cancel the trip 3 times and he ignored me, claimed I took the journey and STOLE MY MONEY. There is NO way to rate the driver once the pop up window is gone. I will NEVER trust this app again! It's theft.
