I purchased NOKIA HOME camera in Jul'18 and writing this in Oct- considerable time to test the product. Design looks very nice but I cannot say the list of pros extends beyond it. There is not enough angle adjustment to position the camera to look down at a baby in a cot and no tripod mount thread. I use a FIRE tablet Amazon, on a OnePlus3 and on a Samsung A5 (2015). On all devices, the video keeps glitching, freezing or not loading until I restart the app. Stills from hours ago are shown instead of the current view (ie. the app shows for a few seconds that there is no baby in the cot!) The speaker function also has a huge problem: every piece of music or sound available to play for the baby is a short length (ie. 1 minute) and plays on a loop. This would not be bad at all but every time the loop restarts there is a 2-3 second pause which creates a drastic change in sound that wakes the baby up. This is not soothing or helping the baby and is very frustrating for the parents too. I have sent a support request from the app without any response for a week!

Unreliable! Camera freezes and the sound turns off while using the app. I bought the camera to use as a baby monitor with my phone. All was great until I swapped my phone to android and downloaded this app. I have only used this app for a couple of weeks on android (after using for months with no problem on iPhone) and on several occasions all has looked and sounded fine on my phone screen but I have heard screaming coming from upstairs. Really unhappy and will now need to buy a new baby monitor.

Well, not impressed so far. I have noticed that the app for Android is much different than the IOS users. Where's my "Autopilot" option? Where's the "Air quality" tab? The hardware works pretty well but this is an incompetent software. Not much I can do if I keep using this. Returning it unfortunately. What a let down!
