Please don't buy any product that requires this app to operate. SO many bugs, and so many permissions for data that go goodness knows where. The watch device disconnects daily. Some days it reconnects, sometimes it goes on for days without reconnecting. I can't change the face of the clock, the download button has never worked, even when connection is working. The copy in English is bizarre. We've purchased the watch, but inexplicably have to view ads to operate basic functions. Stay away.

Reasonably useful but spoilt by lack of attention to detail: 1. Can be difficult to connect the Bluetooth link. 2. Device shows 'ECG' and does seem to measure but it is not shown on the app screen (although the previous model did). 3. As other people have mentioned and although the setup menu has a link to 'watch faces' either the app is hanging or there are no watch faces. . 4. What's the point in having a 'contact us' form if the company does not reply? 5. Chinese characters.

Terrible app. Full of bugs and soooooo many aggressive and intrusive popup ads. Please don't buy a watch that requires this, you will be very very disappointed. Thrown my £10 HK9 in the bin. Constant hangs, disconnections, missed notifications, inaccurate readings to mention but a few. I actually loved the watch but it is letdown by this terrible software. I feel cheated!
