Very poor app. Have used many airline apps and never had the problems I've experienced with this. Keeps crashing or saying can't connect so call them! Can't book upgrades or extra luggage. Pressing all the right keys but it just looks at you. Airlines want us to use these apps, obviously it saves them money, but not a lot of help if it's no good. Due to fly out in two weeks, would really like to sort my extras out before we leave. Sort it out VA! Still trying to book seats/upgrade. Useless!

Since updating this app. I've not been able to log in, and as such was forced to change my password, after which my upcoming flight details had disappeared, so I logged out and tried to log back in again, but got a system error message and now I'm just locked out. Guess what? I've eventually managed to log in to the app, but still no sign of my booking. The only way to see my booking is by inputting the PNR, upcoming flight link useless too, as you need to login using your Vietnam mobile. Stupid

Just a terrible app for an airline. No tucket storage, unable to log in, clunky. I checked in online and the app shut down, now I can't access my ticket and my booking jas disappeared. Really not worth the storage on your phone.
