I've tried various times to use this but it always shuts down after about 2 minutes of use, which is just about enough time to load what I'm trying to look at. It also seems to be affecting my screens, changing the backgrounds after it's crashed. I've tried just about every conceivable way to get this to work, though every combination of restarts and reinstallations. I've even tried creating more space. All to no avail. Not impressed.

No wait times! Used this app two years ago and it was great. This year the wait time function does not work. This is my main use for it so pretty pointless now! :( Back up to 5 stars. Decided to delete then reload. Everything now works fine. Thanks for replying so quickly though didn't need to phone. Just used the old 'switch it off and back on' rule of IT systems 😂

Looks like mobile order now needs a credit card in the app's own wallet, but it errors each time I try to save the card details. Contacted Guest Services but they don't know what's wrong. It's a UK credit card, looking thru previous comnents from months ago, it looks like Universal is not allowing UK visitors to use Mobile Order. Would be better if it used GPay instead of its own wallet.
