Like others have said, rarely actually works. It showed the devices after factory resetting them but when checking the app later they disappear. Support doesn't really seem to know what they're saying as they're trying to tell me the devices I can see in the app, that work for a short while after factory reset, aren't supported by the app.

Documentation online and within the device manuals are very limited. Advertised as 'plug in and go' but I have sunk hours into trying to get a simple power line network up and running. After buying a new router and additional power line adapter to try and get a Mesh wireless network (in the hope this would help) I still have a network that will randomly drop connection. The app is no help as devices will appear and disappear from the list, almost at random. No real trouble shooting or help.

Utterly woeful support and product. The app and web version tell you different things at the same time, neither of which marry up with the situation. The situation will be dreadful connectivity problems between the base unit and extender, and other wired or wireless devices. Incredibly unreliable connection when you eventually, by accident, manage to get one back again.
