AAA+ Easy to use. Found Tello by accident and have been with them for a few years now. Tello offer top value for money and I like the new app. Easy to use and no complications. I am based in the States and call friends and family in the UK. I have upped my plan to international with 2 GBS of RAM and so far all is good. I'd recommend Tello to everyone.

Worst app. When my previous payment method expired, they didn't even give me buffer time to replace it. And when I tried to enter multiple new cards for subsequent payments, each of them got declined although they were in good order and worked with other businesses. Now due to their fault, I permanently lost my phone number. Might be $7, but the technical infrastructure is worst. Now who's going to give me back my old phone number? Definitely not recommended!!

I do not recommend the app. I agree with the previous comment 👍 app is wonky and NOT able to login without requesting a code and temporary password everytime! Waste of time and energy so i deleted the app and added the webpage to homescreen. Looks better and is easier to maneuver anyway. Also as of late have had a lot of long loading everywhere when outside my wifi. This isn't good since I'm on the unlimited plan. 😕 might have to look at other options.
