Lovely relaxing app that incorporates nature. The subscription is quite expensive and for some reason the annual plan costs more than the monthly? Even so, I highly recommend this app. The free version allows you 1 guided meditation per day. I like it also because it strives dor progress, not perfection. Overall, i would say it is a very helpful app.

I really enjoy using this app, I love the gamification of growing your forest especially :) The free course on habit building has been helpful in multiple areas, not just with meditation itself. The narrator in the guided meditations has a very relaxing voice which definitely makes the experience more enjoyable to me. I always feel very relaxed after doing it and it has never felt like a chore! The quizzes and articles are also very useful and fun :) Definitely would consider upgrading to pro!

I am on day 24. This is not my only source of meditation and I often do solo meditation. I like the simplicity of the app, Sam's voice and the forest. But the meditations, although it started well just seem to be too much focused on the breath. There are so many other methods that can help awaken and give you a more rounded experience. Breath meditation is also the one that least suits me. I would still recommend for something basic if you arent put off by the breathing thing. Esp as it's free.
