The previous sn was fine. I updated the app some months back & can't login. I keep being told my password is wrong when I know it's not. I follow instructions, add all my details correctly, change the password correctly, then get to the Authentication but I get no call. I've retried several times. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Waited a few mins, days & hours. I called the number for enquiries, the staff on the phone try to help but I fear its a technical issue with the app. HELP!

Update: Props for listening to feedback regarding the intro music & allowing us to disable it. Previously had this at 1 star, I'm bumping it up to 3. Why not 5? Because intro's still unskippable. -- When i want to login to my bank im doing so to get something done quickly. What I'm not keen on doing, at all, is announce to the whole world that I'm logging into my bank account. Give me an option to skip AND mute the intro that you've added in the latest update. It's poor user experience

UPDATE 8.1.25: the music being played on login is extremely annoying and i cannot turn it off. Pls turn off the music. New update keeps login screen freezing! Kindly fix this Update: The latest update of having to select a transfer purpose, then transfer time/date, is extremely annoying for the same beneficiary. Kindly remove this, or make it one-time setup! It is just so annoying when I need to make the same transfer to the same beneficiary, every single time!!
