As a result of combat injuries, my hearing has been shot to pieces for years! I suffer from severe tinnitus from rocket attacks. NHS Signia hearing aids have completely changed my life and this app, which allows me to manually adjust the sound levels and sound direction, has been a godsend. I love this app, specially in the presence of screaming kids!!!!

This is my second review of the Signia app. I have just bought a OnePlus 13 with the latest version of Bluetooth 5.4. When I make or receive a call I can not put the phone into my hearing mode but can put the phone into phone or speaker mode. Obviously I always want to put the phone into my hearing aids since this gives me much better sound quality. So I can only upgrade my previous review from one to two stars as at least the phone and speaker options allow some poor quality sound.

Terrible. I am thinking of getting a refund on the hearing aids. I am stuck on TV mode and only the right hearing aid responds. The app tells me my phone volume is 'insufficient' whatever I try to change. The left/right balance was not available after a month on universal mode - irrelevant now as it's on TV mode. Opening my phone case results in hissing in ears. I could go on...
