I thought it was me until I came here to review the app and realised that many other users have the same experience. You can't track orders - or at least, not the one that prompted me to install the app. Also, it wants to link to my Gmail or Outlook account. That's not going to happen, so I've uninstalled the app. Update: I tried it again. It doesn't work. Maybe if you use Outlook or Gmail it might work, but would you trust a 3rd party to look at every email you receive?

Great platform that you can pay if the options there with it and have all the information in one place. What I would like is to have a list of all purchases that I can access instead of the companies I've purchased from. Worth getting. I think if you opt to make the payment through the 'shop' button at checkout, you earn points or a voucher, etc.

Shop (the app) doesn't prevent scams, and leaves customers with no recourse. Shop should prevent money being taken for pre-orders until they are shipped. If a payment is made over 120 days your bank cannot recall it. So I've lost £52 on an order I never received, the seller won't reply and my bank can't help. There are also other issues. A bug has caused my recent orders to be shipped to an address that I haven't lived in for 9 years and isn't even showing on my profile.
