Really REALLY bad glitches in this app. every day. Without fail. It has a some legs & alot of potential but its such a pain to use that it puts you off doing what is required. Very slow in a fast paced environment. Would love to work with the development team to give real world feedback & help encourage some forward progress. I have no choice but to use it b/c it's part of my work role, but it has a long way to go compared to Microsoft,Asana and other products I've used. Hopeful for some updates

This app is truly awful. It is just an interface for a website with no thought for the fact is is being viewed on a small screen. If you switch from one screen to another, say for instance Service appointments it will display your service appointments for the previous day. If you pull down the screen to refresh it will say you have no service appointments. You pull down again and it may show some or all the service appointments and refreshing again will show them all. Reached my text limit

Out of the last 5 times I've tried to use the app, I've been successful once. It closes for no reason, I can't get signed in, I'm constantly having to "clear caches" to get the most basic information on accounts, navigation does not make sense - I've actually started putting paragraphs of customer information into my contact notes on my phone just to make sure I have what I need when I need it. Maybe I should just use that as my CRM!
