This app is terrible. It frequently crashes, it's impossible to see anything in real time, and the bureaucracies of the app are ludicrous. For instance, I needed to urgently lock my card. Despite signing in securely, it still demanded a password. After entering the password, it then crashed and read an error message. Completely useless.

Where do I begin on how awful this app is? Not only does it take ages for it to list any recent transactions. It also can't do basic math when it comes to telling you what your actualcurrent balance is. So it's never entirely clear on what is due and owed at any given time. And god help you if you're using this card overseas when you need to balance your books.

Dreadfull App. Constantly has technical issues, so you can't see most recent transactions. The transaction screen in the App does not show the date of the transactions and the transaction detail does not show the date of the transaction. Can only download last 12 months of statements. Direct debits set up on the card stop working despite having sufficient funds on the card, card is not accepted at some places where normal Mastercards are accepted. Tech support and feedback are unresponsive.
