At first I loved it. So much to choose from. For Christmas & birthdays I buy everyone a prezzee gift card & they can swap for what they want. After buying alot of them the choices went way down and now there is a terrible selection to choose from. What a waste of hard earned money! I won't be buying any more!

I've never been so embarrassed. I purchase myself 2 store gift cards from afterpay. One uploaded just fine the other, the one with the bulk of the money wouldn't add to the app. I tried everything, resetting my phone, updates, everything, and it just spins after you click to add it.

Had an issue with my account, which was my fault. I forgot I already had an account and couldn't get past 2 factor authentication because it had my old number. Prezee had assistance available via phone and web chat. I prefer phone.So I called up and Akmed was so helpful and new what he was doing. He resolved my issue quickly! Can't wait to spend my prezee voucher! Thanks mate! Great Customer Service! :)
