Love the app and have used my "free" photobook allowance regularly, often just paying the additional charges for more pages but I like the design of them and uniformity when printing. However, the uploading of photos on the app is painful. It often takes me over two to three days to get the photos uploaded. On occasion I have lost the entire book. It regularly just says "upload failed" so this is certainly something that needs to be improved in the app.

I used to like photo books and have used them several times in the past. on this occasion, My order hasn't arrived and I have no other way to let them know but to download the app. that's terrible. the email photo books sent out cannot be replied to. that's a terrible service. I ordered without the app, so why can I not communicate with photo books the same way? please get your act together and communicate better with customers.

So sorry your order was late. Please note that the service is only available via the mobile app. There is no website or other options. The order emails are automated, so you can't reply directly. Books are easy to make and are wonderful when made. However its a bit hit and miss uploading after checkout and theres only robot support for when things go a bit wrong (not uploading photos/missing photos). Twice ive interacted with a human who couldnt help whatsoever. . as much help as a chocolate teapot infact.

Uploading photos takes a few seconds to a couple of minutes, so this is not how the app works. Please email us at socialcare@planetart.com with details such as where the photos are saved, does the upload stop on a specific photo, and what troubleshooting have you tried so far.
