The app is now working and has loaded all my previous slide scans. I didn't want to uninstall the app but decided to and that did work. Original review. It was working perfectly until I decided to purchase the app and now it just crashes every time I try to open it. That happened directly after my purchase. I have even restarted my phone and cleared the cache like it suggests. I'll keep trying but might need a refund. Also I now can't access the 40 or so slides that I have scanned.

It works OK and if you don't have any photo editing software it's useful but I bought it and afterwards found that buy using a very simple light box (small box, hole in top and torch) and photographing the slides the actual quality is massively improved OK so had to crop to edges but was worth it. Did a side by side comparison and difference was night and day. Not knocking it if you don't have or can't use any photo editing software it's OK, but if you do, don't bother with it

If scanned properly, the resolution quality would be about 2 MP. Good you have the time to and the knowledge to use editing software. Most of people don't ;)

The colour balance is fine and better than a USB plug-in scanner I've been using, BUT it's very hard to get a crisp, sharp focus, difficult to hold the slide absolutely still while manipulating the phone button with the other hand. Voice activation might improve this, when will this be available for Android? Meanwhile, I will probably look for a USB plug-in compromise solution - sharp focus is vital.
