The system is a bit awkward the first time when using Open Banking version. The PayPal route worked better. It went wrong a couple of times and I couldn't just cancel and start again. But it does work once you get used to it and I sent money from UK to Azerbaijan. So overall pretty good and quick. Just needs a little more guidance through the minimalist interface.

The AI used on the app needs humans. My transaction was found to have been delivered, but only after I tried to see if the money had arrived in time. With no message confirming what was a time vital amount going to a friend. On asking a question, I was given options that quickly disappeared and codes that couldn't be entered. It seemed the system had gone mad. After several hours of stress and worry, I found the money had arrived a few minutes after being sent and cancelled the new transaction.

The app itself isn't so bad, *when* it functions the functions are quite decent (although both can be said that the there are a lack of functions, and it does not always function). However besides that, where the app would usually garner a 2 or 3 star rating because of it's design, it's dragged to the bottom having one of, if not the, worst customer service features on any banking app or company I've ever encountered. 95% of the time they're straightout unresponsive.
