The app lacks the ability to set a Bluetooth pin on their paired devices. And their devices default to open pairing too easily and frequently. This means that anyone wanting to mess with you can do so with little effort. This is security 101 and it's shocking that devs can't get something this basic right.

I like soundcore headphones, and I quite like the functionality of the app. However, it is now sending notifications for AI features and the notification options are useless and deliberately vague so you don't know which notifications to turn off. This is also another app which has included pointless planet-burning AI features which are utterly unnecessary, and which I should be allowed to disable.

I do enjoy the app, and I feel like it is very user-friendly and easy to use. I like the fact I am able to change the function of each earbud when they are being used in a pair and when I'm just using one. However, I only have these earphones, so I don't know if they are different on other devices. The equaliser settings do not change, i have tried all of them, and they don't change my sound at all. So I feel like i can't give more than 3 stars until this is fixed.
