Constant loop to activate onetoken but never actually does it; just keeps referring to a one time passcode, put that in, go to activate onetoken and it fails. Must have spent over 2 hours trying to make it work having lost my hardware token. Now can't move any money from my account as web access also now impossible due to 'technical issues'. Just awful and hugely frustrating.

always having issues. can't login, keep loading. when logged in already, can't access the account details. 404 error. need to always click on more and clear cache, sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. it's really buggy.

Always crashes after updates, sometimes interfaces don't work after an update. Like drop down menus suddenly don't work, or it'll take very long to load to certain pages, then crashes on a whim. Recently did a major change of the user interface, and now it's crashing when I click on the search bar.
