Not a bad app. Mostly functional, like Facebook groups from a decade ago, or so. Couple of irritants that I have noted. First, I sometimes get "zombie" notifications. Then, once notifications were turned off, when I turned them back on, they go back off unless you go back into the notifications menu in the settings. Thus, the diagnostic tool cannot pick them up and I cannot reliably re-activate notifications. Bizarre bug. Also, the gif library is so restricted it's basically useless.

Edit: 2 years later, still can't turn off or customize calendar alerts. Oh, and P.S. to Product... hyperlinks aren't clickable from your responses. OG: You guys have GOT to create a preference center for notifications. I absolutely do not want or need calendar alerts for every single event. Please, please prioritize this part of the user experience. 🙏

An absolutely brilliant app! We have been using it for years for our community sports club, after a Google app was deprecated. BAND helps us manage our sports club effectively each year, packed full of features that offer real value to our members. Other clubs that are just using WhatsApp, they are missing out big time. Way more structure and functionality here. App has always been stable and bug free. Great product, great work 💯👏
