Its a really good game if you like simple AFK games, lots of PVP aspects and have lots of free time to devote yourself. There's a very strong social aspect as well. I've tried many times last year to get into it, but it just ended up taking too much of my daily time to try keep up. Ofc you could play it more casually, but you'll be decimated in the numerous PVP areas which will hinder your progress. It's very F2P but you'll have to watch a lot of optional ads if you want rewards. Not for me.

Legend of Mushroom is the most blatantly pay-to-win game I’ve ever seen. Literally everything—events, gameplay, progression—is locked behind real money. It’s insane how far games have fallen into pay-to-play and pay-to-win mechanics, but this one takes it to a whole new level. If you want a fair and fun experience, avoid this cash grab at all costs.

I've played this game since release and it has just gotten worse and worse. It's entirely pay 2 win now (and yes it's a common strategy for mobile games but this game takes it too far). Once you hit about level 26 lamp it costs too much gold to upgrade even with constant farming, dailies and events. To top it off they are obsessed with merging servers, the server I'm playing got merged with 2 which speak different languages making communication in the chat nearly impossible. Ruined their game.
