The app works well however one of the features I really need to work well is the pre-set camera views. The dial to move up and down the numbers is fiddly and the delete button is right below the dial. Hit the delete button as we have many times and lose the pre-set view meaning you cannot switch back to that view. We use the SUNBA camera to stream live mass and the amount of times we have deleted a pre-set channel by accident during a mass is not funny. Is it possible to change this as it would be great if it could be changed? Either move the delete button out the way or add a 'confirm delete' option.

Love these LPR cameras, NVR, and software. I can't tell you how many theives, crooks, and dirt bags I have caught in the neighborhood. The software is easy to use and navigate. It provide a typed out version out of the plate, a picture of the plate, and an eight sec video of the car/plater. The video the cameras provide is clear even when you hit pause thanks to the 120fps recording.

Wow. I'm surprised at the ratings for this app. I get nothing but freezing and loading issues constantly. My NVR works fine when reviewing at home but using this app remotely is terrible. And on 5G connectivity. The interface is barely user friendly. It was worse a year or 2 ago. Is this my NVR?!? I'll try looking into both but so far, this app is junk for me.
