It's a great app, if you're a City fan obviously (which idk why you would download it if you weren't a City fan). It's a really nice app with access to the shop straight from the app, there's videos, news, and newsletters. But if you could please fix this problem I have that when I go into my cityzens feed, it won't work and it's really annoying. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it's not working, if you have the same problem now you know you're not the only one.

Frustrating app. It's near-impossible to buy tickets despite having paid for membership, yet still, it always redirects you to browser and shows the 'Buy Membership' button - in spite of the fact you have it and you're logged in. You might be able to buy and be charged for membership twice, by the looks of things. If you do get through to select tickets it gives "Error" as if it's a technical fault when rather it's simply that there are none left.

Generally the app works well. However... It is endlessly frustrating having to figure out whether app notifications are for the men's, women's, or youth teams, and there's no ability to customise which ones you want to follow. So I end up just swiping away everything, all day every day, simply so that I can get the early notification of first team news on a match day, which is the only notification I really care about. Occasionally there's an interesting interview with a player or Pep.

This update is all about keeping our app performing, we've fine-tuned some areas and hope you're enjoying our new homepage. Although nothing has changed on the surface we are improving the app underneath.
