If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered stuff for my son to wear to a dance. When I ordered it said we would get it within 10 days. Over a month and a half later we received the order. Dance has already gone and past. I had to go buy another suit elsewhere Tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let me. Upon receipt of the products, the shoes fit too small. We even ordered a size up. The suit fits too big, despite getting his size. The hat was completely smashed. Will never order again

Unable to get a refund when they sent the wrong size item. It says it has been issued, but when I try to get it withdrawn there is no way to get it. A message says I'll be contacted but I have not been. Impossible to get assistance otherwise. Also getting bombarded with sale emails and texts but I cannot uninstall until I get my refund. Terrible service don't install!

The app is easy to use and when I first used it the service was excellent and the prices and items really good. I do find the shipping fees quite expensive which then puts the price up. My last experience was not a good one as 2 of the items were not as described and nothing like the images show and I was disappointed having paid £13 for something that looked like it should cost something more like 13p I did message them but have had no reply. It is also difficult to return unwanted goods.
