I downloaded a monthly subscription of the app, from December 2019- March 2020, costing £7.49. It was ok the first few weeks, but then it started freezing, constantly lagging, audio will play but activity won't show (just stuck on the homer loading screen).Having to close it and restart. I decided to reinstall and renew on the 12th October 2020. However, this time it is priced at £8.99. Still the same issues. My four years old is getting frustrated. I'll cancel once this month is finished.

Fab app! I taught my son to read at 3 but my 4 year old daughter has been much harder to teach, I really struggled getting her interested in learning letters. I installed this a few days ago and wow, we do a couple lessons each day and already I'm seeing big progress with sounding out and sight words. Only annoying thing is the back button is very easy to press with little fingers holding the screen, if tapped it takes you out the lesson and you lose all progress.

You have to setup payment before you can proceed to trial, i wish it had said that before I filled out a user profile. Yes you can cancel your subscription at anytime but I'd rather make my own decision at the end of the trial whether I decide to proceed with entering my payment details. Too often, apps make money because people forget to cancel at the end of trial. If the app is so good, the owners should be confident that people will enter payment details after the trial! UNINSTALLING.

We apologize for any frustration the signup process may have caused. A debit/credit card is required to activate your 30-day free trial to reserve your paid membership. It also allows us to monitor who has had a trial or not, as there is only one trial per member allowed. We hope this information is helpful!
