The Drops app itself is excellent. But I've been doing the French lessons, giving Portuguese a break, but today I go to the app and all my French lessons have completely disappeared. I can't access anything. It's if I'm back to one languages when I pay yearly for multi language. I had other languages and lessons lost some time back. I don't understand where all my learning has gone. Twice this has happened now. It's frustrating as I love this app but not happy paying while this happens.

I enjoy the learning process. However, some of the words, such as 'obrigado', are inaccurate genderwise. The correct pronunciation for a female would be 'obrigada'. I recommend searching and speaking with natives to learn the differences in some words per gender. Context may also change words, or even region. Otherwise, good app. I will increase my ratings happily with the apps improvements. I recommend this to all of your apps. Just checking for accuracy 👌. 🫠😉😊 Thank you!

been using this app for almost a month and i must say that it's a gem. However, i am aggressively trying to learn Brazilian Portuguese and 5 minutes every 10 hours or so is inadequate. Also, the reason i didn't give this app 5 stars is because of an extremely annoying premium add pop up that keep interrupting my 5 minute sessions continuously. There are times when this add would pop up 10, 15, sometimes 20+ times and i keep closing it because it's basically useless. at first i was excited to see the add because i wanted more time and was willing to make a yearly or lifetime purchase but every time i try the add goes away with no result. I love this app enough and it has grown on me so i won't leave, but the people over at Drops must rectify this ASAP.

Hi, Thanks for playing Drops and sending us feedback! We designed the session length for beginners, but you can get extra minutes for free by watching ads and referring Drops as well. Please tell us more about what you mean by "every time i try the add goes away with no results". We'd like to investigate and troubleshoot, as soon as possible!
