24/01/2023: If it was possible to give a half-star rating, I would be. Edited: It appears uninstalling and reinstalling the app has fixed the crash issue. 03/02/2025: App interactivity; after I have voted in polls, the arrow indicating how I voted slides back to the centre. This is somewhat frustrating.

Keeps crashing! Every time I try to watch the First Look videos the app closes. I've cleared cache, etc, and still doesn't make any difference. I have to uninstall, install, and then it works ... until next time ... and repeat. I've never had this problem in previous years. Seen other reviews saying the same, so it's obviously an issue.

Crashes all the time - I can't do anything in this app at all. Everything I click on, it just immediately crashes. I may as well uninstall. The developers must be aware by now, loads of people have told them on social media, but they're not doing anything to fix it. Last update in Dec 2022 obviously crippled the app!
