I can't logon to vote - after being taken from the App to a browser (to enter my mobile number to get a code to create a password to login to cast a vote - to swallow the spider that ate the fly....) I just get an Oops something went wrong message continuously. Occasionally, a code gets sent, but I can't progress to enter it. What a load of overcomplicated rubbish just to cast a free vote on a TV show. Complete, epic fail - uninstalled the App!

Utter pony. The videos don't load & when they do, we have to wade through a couple of ads now for the sake of a thirty second vid. Even YouTube isn't that bad! We're told that voting is open but a lot of times it shows as closed so I've missed out on voting so many times which makes it look like a fix. Its also annoying how now we're taken away from the app to vote. We are told to vote via the app but it takes us to the site to do it so we might as well save storage & use the site. Uninstalled.

Won't open past the first page. Can't even get to registering. I've tried hard shut down on phone. Force stop on the app. Checked latest software. Uninstalled app and reinstalled several times. Still stuck on the first page. Phone is Samsung j6. Never had this problem on any other apps. Given up as too frustrating.

G'day, Campmates! The app has had a fresh jungle makeover!
What’s new:

- We've tweaked the app so it runs smoother than Ant and Dec's one-liners.
- Banished a few creepy crawlies (a.k.a. bugs) that were lurking where they shouldn’t have been. Rest assured, they won’t be invited back for the next Trial!
- A couple of small changes to make your app experience as seamless as getting into the Jungle hammock… which is to say, a little tricky at first, but smooth once you’re in.
