Boarding pass crashed as we were boarding. We checked in. We got our boarding passes, which we used to go through two security doors. As we were trying to board, the app crashed saying we never checked in. Obviously the staff could tell something went wrong so we managed to board but it was scary experience. Even the staff said they had no idea what had happened. Other than that, everything works smoothly.

I had a very difficult time with this app. No verification email was ever sent when I signed up (and yes I checked spam). I had to use another email, then go in and change it. Then I had trouble with the confirmation number to get my booking to finally come up. A lot of unanticipated work, when these airline apps are usually simple.

Horrible app; I'm unable to create an account. I've tried every possible way, but still cannot create an account. Shame on the development team for not performing basic testing.
