HubSpot

Abysmal security. I'd expect it to be like my banking app - i.e. work in the background, but if I want to access the information then require a pin or biometrics. The Hubspot app doesn't work like that. You're either logged in so it works and anyone with your phone can access everything, or you're logged out and nobody can access the info but the features don't work. This is a shame, because other than this fatal flaw, the app is actually brilliant.

horrible experience when i login to their website on my laptop and started doing course after that 1st lesson a quiz pop up and it show error then i refresh page and all my progress was gone they don't let me login or resume my course it was inbound marketing certification course but now I can't even login and when i do its keep repeating same page to select occupation company name website i am just learning not working in any company but they keep asking and deactivating my account (need help)

Having used Hubspot for many years, I have always been happy. However, today, I was blown away by the customer service team, Andreia, in particular! Nothing was too much trouble, it was a fantastic experience. I will continue to recommend Hubspot to all colleagues and clients.
