AKG Headphones

Absolutely painful. I've tried numerous times and the App doesn't work. I don't know why nobody has fixed this yet. Last year the app was working when I first purchased these from the AKG website in the USA. And now after changing phones it does not work anymore. It wants to have location permission and then once this is set the app still doesn't work.

App is not picking up that my headphones are connected to my phone. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times, and unpairing my phone completely but the app is not moving on from the screen asking me to connect to my phone, so i cant access and use the app. All app permissions have been allowed so this isnt the issue. I've also tried connecting using the 'need more help 'button but no luck. Any ideas of how to get past this please?

App can't see that my phone is already connected to the headphones. It tells me to connect to Bluetooth whilst I'm happily listening to music is Bluetooth. So I can't use the app. I'm not alone in having this issue, and there's nothing wrong with my settings.... Really annoying.
