I really really like this app. It makes you think of what yiu actually have now, not in the past of future, but now. I've been using it for 8 days now, and I'm becoming more grateful of what I do have. I don't really have to think much about it. I do recommend. I got the year subscription because it was half price. You've got a community on there, a vision board, you make more then one and also A chat section with a bot called joy! 6 sections you can pick from ie. Life coach, affirmations.

I think this app is a good substitute for those who want to get the happy benefits of journaling and gratitude. Every day, it presents an article that highlights one aspect of the goodness in life and prompts you to write about how the concept applies to your own life. It also reminds you to recognize 3 good things that happened in the last day. I've used the app every day for over a year and have renewed my subscription, because it continues to prompt me to focus on the good. 😀

I love this app. The only thing I don't like is that you have to be online to complete it. I've been off grid for a month and therefore unable to do my daily journaling. But when I am doing it regularly there is such a huge difference in my outlook on life. It helps keep me focused on being grateful rather than negative. It's really helped me through some really rough times. I especially love the AI counselling. It honestly worked better than Better Help. 😀
