Often won't connect with hearing aids, which is really annoying. I bought these aids precisely because I thought it would be so useful to be able to change volume and programs, but am so disappointed. I have put new batteries in, tried rebooting etc., and even uninstalled and re-installed the app., but still they won't connect at times.

1- It gives users very limited control of their hearing aids. 2- Contrary to the claim it doesn't stream live calls from the mobile networks through the Bluetooth as it does from other audio sources like YouTube etc. 3- It doesn't show the name and model number of the connected hearing aids just as the apps of other companies like phonak etc do. Its performance, generally, is however very good and appreciatable.

The Interton website assumes that those hard of hearing are not interested in technical info. The app mirrors this attitude. The basic functionality is available. But the small things that would take it to above average are missing. It lacks finesse for the more technical minded. Eg I could not yet find a way to stop streaming from my phone to the hearing aids. Or a setting to stream as mono...most YouTube videos are terrible when the ear pieces are working in streaming mode.
