About this app

The BeMore app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

BeMore device compatibility:
Please consult the BeMore app website for up-to-date compatibility information: www.userguides.gnhearing.com

Use the BeMore app to:
• Connect compatible hearing aids to compatible Android devices for direct audio streaming*
• Enjoy optimization anywhere with online services: Request help with your hearing aid settings from your hearing care professional and receive new settings and software updates.

And use these direct control and personalization options:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Monitor the battery status of your rechargeable hearing aids
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
*If your hearing aids support direct audio streaming, you can find a menu called ‘Direct Audio Streaming’ in the app’s My BeMore menu to learn if your phone supports direct audio streaming.

having used similar apps for competer hearing aids, I am struggling to use the BeMore app. 1st thing in the morning, the app sometimes does not connect. after trying to reconnect, nothing and uninstall and reinstall. as you can imagine, trying to get out the door to go to work makes this frustrating. when you move around and away from android Samsung Z flip 5 and return your greeted with the app icon thinking you need to do something and it's another notification to remind you connected.

The main problem is that either one of my hearing aids disconnects regularly throughout the day. Also, sometimes both do this. Then I have unpair the app and do the setup all over again each time. It's a real nuisance. Can this not be corrected,??? My audiologist said that a lot of people have complained about the same issue. Also, should I lose one of my hearing aids and it disconnects, I won't be able to track it.

Waste of time. To have it do anything at all you have to let the app have access to you location. This is supposedly so that you can find your hearaids if you loose or forget where you left them. Technically & and practically, this is complete rubbish. The other reason is supposedly so that the hearing aids can automatically switch to different settings in different locations. I have only one setting.
