Thereafter, you can cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end of the period and continue using the food tracker and community forums for free. Alternatively, you can purchase a monthly or annual subscription that will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase to access our full features.


Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store.

Programs are fine, but the app is terrible - it's like it hasn't been tested on android at all. Looks like it was designed for iPhone and it just doesn't translate. The app is unbelievably slow to load. Good points: can add an exercise to a preplanned workout. Bad: can't delete it if you change your mind or add it twice by mistake. Need to skip a day? Can't mark a workout or a week complete. Can't use the timebar to skip time on videos. Can't even see the message box when reporting a bug!

Hey Sam, we've have made significant performance improvements in version 4.17.3, which is now live. The time bar issue was only affecting those who updated to Android 15 on Google Pixel devices. Once we realised this, we fixed it immediately. A "mark complete" and more customization feature updates are coming soon. They are in testing as we speak!

I have twice now made payment for the app where the app does not recognise that i have paid for the subscription. I just tried to contact support about this for the second time and the system says "we will be back in two days". So that's an issue not being fixed and also 4 days this month without even having access to the subscription I have paid... Very disappointing.

The Android version of the app isn't nearly as smooth as the iOS version. It keeps loading the UI at the home page itself let alone while navigating, and that is despite a fine internet connection.
