Genuine as a e.l.f customer ranked PRO due to my purchases, I absolutely love the app. Very interactive with the customer, and has amazing colours, fonts and the checkout is very simple, easy and promotional codes are very easy to find. The prices are very reasonable, and the products are great for daily use. I am so happy that e.l.f shut down stores to work on their app because it is much easier ordering than going to the nearest mall every time I need to restock my favourite items. Amazing!!

After updating the app a few hours ago, I went to make a purchase and I'm unable to. The screen loads then an error message pops up and then the screen goes blank. I've restarted my phone and that didn't help. The issue is only with the e.l.f. app. All my other apps work just fine. I even tried to make a purchase on the e.l.f. site through my browser and I still get the same error message. This isn't the first time I've had an unresolved issue with the e.l.f. app or their website.

difficult to navigate, rarely receive the rewards the first time through. doesn't share info with itself on other platforms about the same account. example: use browser and place items in cart, sign into account, and no items are found. harder to find specific items!!!
