The electronic boarding pass never works. As a UK national flying from BKK to SIN they never issue an electronic boarding pass, but want to check passport manually. They keep telling me this is a random check, but its happened in all 20 flights over the last two years. Despite having a Singapore visa approved. So have to wait inline at huge queues at airport even if no bags to check in.

I'm not sure why anyone would use this app. If you try to manage a booking or check in it just links you to a webpage in your browser. All it really does is offer an interface to buy Scoot flights which isn't any better than the normal website. Most flight apps will do something useful like store mobile boarding passes or let you track your flight details quickly, this doesn't do any of that. I'm not angry about it, I like Scoot as an airline, but this app really is fairly pointless.

Glitchy, otp errors when the number is correct, doesn't retrieve or hold bookings seamlessly.. Problem is to retrieve booking asks for pnr okay then email not surname. It blocks agency bookings a nasty catch nor does website. contacted help desk as advised below. Told no you cannot ever retrieve an agency booking through the app appalling. not an ounce of codesign in scoot app. fix your app stop sending standard responses to our complaints
