Fantastic app. I've tried myfitnesspal and the slimming world apps but this has by far the easiest to use food log. Database is huge, the scan options work really quickly and I really like that you don't have to keep clicking back in a search bar to continue to add extra foods. The developers have built it in a way that actually considers how users will use it. You can track as much as you want so can really data geek out or keep it simple. The integrations (with Google fit) work really well too

This app is annoying since the last update. I am on the advert version, which I was OK with, but they are becoming a problem. Instead of 1 advert every now & then, after you close down the advert, another pops up, & another. Usually, you get spammed by about 4 now, some send you direct to Google Play without your request. These adverts behave in a way that makes the app feel like it's riddled with malware. I don't understand why they think this is a good idea. It's a complete turn-off.

It works! I started weighing in at 274 pounds back in the Summer of 2023, as of the writing of this review, I now weigh 166. I would leave a screenshot showing my log in the app if I could. I counted calories while maintaining an intermittent fasting schedule, and I like to walk. There was a learning curve and adjustment period the first month, but scanning snacks and looking up meals are a breeze once you get used to it.
