its not a bad app, as a beginner to stretching and using it to end my gym sessions, its a great free option. The only thing that is slightly annoying is when you randomise your stretches, theres no real flow to them so you could end up swapping between standing up, sitting, laying etc in between all stretches, instead of randomising a certain amount laying, then a few sitting, then some standing. But I do get that its random so not sure how that could be changed unless you specify stretches.

At first I thought this app was great, but as I've been using it I've encountered some issues: 1. I have had some post-workout aches since doing the full body routine as key muscle groups have been left out. 2. The randomise workout creates a very similar workout each time 3. There is a very limited collection of stretches, you could at least double the library. Thank you

Really really good app covers all the bases and is tailorable to your needs. The only reason it has 4 stars not five is that there is not sufficient explanation of the exercises. Would deffo get a five if that was provided As an idea for improvement it might be nice to add some gentle music in the background while stretching.
