Great project but using the app is painful. If I want to switch between apps, it shows a white map when I come back to it and I have to restart it. Sometimes it straight up doesn't show me anything. Many times I've seen no scooters on the whole map, started a long walk home, only to find I've wasted my time and limited energy. I've tried updating, reinstalling the app, logging out, all of it.

Maybe in other cities it's better, but if you're in Cairns... don't use Beam. I paid $17 searching for a poorly indicated parking spot (the alternative would have been $18 for parking outside the designated parking). On top of all the restricted zones...better take an Uber, for less than a third of the cost (in my case, we were with two). App deleted.

I'm a student and I always use this beam to go to class..right now I can't use this app because of the payment which is this app cannot access my card..please update the payment method on this app to online banking method not just only credit card payment method..
