Buuggy, live status rarely works , system does what it likes such as charging from grid and discharging to grid even when switched to off in app. Gateway constantly loses its connection to the internet despite being located within a foot of the WiFi router. Battery throws up constant errors. Only "fix" support can provide is "switch it off and switch it on again" Whole system isn't fit for purpose. ***Post reply update*** yes thanks for responding , but see above

Really enjoy this app there are a couple of minor issues though. The notifications don't work. If grid power is lost or other situations occur, the system should send emails or text, but this isn't working. Also, there's no notification when a system software update occurs, which kicks us off grid power. At times, it takes multiple attempts to connect. But I really recommend Enphase Solar and home backup, really good product!!!

Regularly reports itself as offline when my network is fine. I often have to kill it to get it going again. I contacted them as their response sending screen shots and detailed informlation. There has been no reply and the fault recurs regularly. April/May 2024 update. The app has three repeatable faults that are not acknowledged or dealt with. When I raised them, the "support" person changed my settings without permission and has lost data. Now 3 weeks of lost data.
